I am a site-responsive and immersive arts specialist. I am inspired to create work that pushes the frontiers of spatial and participatory storytelling.
I recently produced mobile augmented reality experiences at 15 locations across the UK for StoryFutures' StoryTrails project which continues to win awards including the Museums + Heritage award for Best Use Of Digital, Focal International's award for Best Use of Footage on Innovative Platforms, and the International Council of Museum's 2024 Best In Heritage Project of Influence award.
My spatial and participatory expertise stems from a background in immersive theatre, leading the performance design of projects for Secret Cinema, London Contemporary Orchestra and the National Trust. Working through my company, O’Neill/Ross, I also co-curated and produced London's InTRANSIT festival of art in unexpected spaces, and the Portobello Pavilion.
I am currently working as Senior Training and Innovation Producer for StoryFutures/CoSTAR (Royal Holloway, University of London). I am a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts and the Higher Education Academy.
